We want you to love everything you receive from &Play. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us at contact@andplay.design within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging of the items.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
Once the return is shipped, please send us the tracking number for reference.

💳 Refunds

After we receive your return and verify that the items are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
